3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after an advance payment is received.
  • Any remaining amount must be paid before or at check-in (as specified during booking).

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: Eligible for partial refund (after deducting admin/processing fees).
  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
  • No-shows or early check-outs: Non-refundable.
  • In case of unavoidable situations (bad weather, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or date changes may be offered at our discretion.
  • SK Turismo reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund of any payment received.

5. Check-in / Check-out & Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide valid ID at check-in.
  • Please respect property rules and timings.
  • Any damage or property loss caused during the stay will be chargeable.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to ensure accurate information on our website, we are not liable for temporary technical errors, downtime, or any indirect loss.
  • Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables.

8. Governing Law
